Delivery Information

Delivery details including time frames are shown within the above section of each product page. Orders are shipped directly from the makers / manufactures either by Royal Mail 1st Class post, 24 hour courier or 3 day courier, other couriers maybe used. Items shipped on a pallet such as larger items “Bespoke / made to measure items i.e Hutches,Runs, Chicken Coops etc, will take longer to make, this is due top the items being made by hand, these items will take extra time to make “Typically within 4 – 6 Weeks” however once Your order has been received we will send You an email confirming the estimated delivery time, if this is not suitable You may request a refund.

FREE UK Mainland Delivery is available on orders placed on our site, “when spending over £39.99” but please note that there maybe additional charges on heavy or large items.

Orders under £39.99 are charged at £3.99 unless stated differently on the products page.

When Choosing this payment method You have the option to Pay within 30 days or You can select to pay for Your goods in 3 payment installments. This service is offered as interest Free but is subject to passing a credit check.

Refunds

Please take note that We cannot refund Bespoke / Made to measure items which have been made to Your measurements and specifications, this is due to us not being able to resell the item.

However on occasions where the bespoke item has not been made we will liaise with the relevant makers in the view of offering an alternative or a refund. Refunds may also be offered if items are damaged or of poor quality.

Any damages on receiving goods must be reported to Ourselves within at least 14 Days from receiving the product.

Refunds / Returns for other products

If products are to be found faulty, damaged in transit, or differing from the description given at the Petworld365.co.uk website then we will be pleased to arrange to either refund or replace the product at the discretion of the customer. All returns must be notified to Petworld365.co.uk within 30 days of delivery of the product.

In the event of a customer purchasing an item from Petworld365.co.uk mistakenly and through no fault of Petworld365.co.uk, we will be pleased to replace or refund the item provided that the original item is returned to Petworld365.co.uk unused and in sale-able condition. In cases where the customer is either unable or unwilling to arrange return carriage after mistakenly purchasing a product, Petworld365.co.uk reserves the right to charge an uplift fee to cover the cost of employing a courier company to collect the item from the customer.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
